Veronelle ships to the countries and regions currently available at checkout.
Our published shipping prices are the same for every supported destination. However, orders crossing customs borders may separately be subject to import VAT, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges or carrier handling fees.
Who Pays Customs Charges?
Unless checkout expressly confirms that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local customs authorities, tax authorities or the delivery carrier.
These charges are not controlled by Veronelle.
They are not included in our $6.99 Standard Shipping charge or $12.99 Expedited Shipping charge.
How Much Will I Be Charged?
Customs rules, tax rates and import thresholds vary by country.
Veronelle cannot predict the amount that a destination country may charge.
Please contact your local customs or tax authority before ordering if you need an estimate or information about local import restrictions.
Customs Delays
Customs clearance may delay delivery.
Delivery estimates are subject to border and customs processing outside our reasonable control.
Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is refused or left unclaimed because customs charges were not paid, it may be returned to us.
Any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Costs that we are legally entitled to deduct may be deducted from the refund.
