Where does Veronelle ship?

Veronelle ships to every country and region currently available in the country selector or at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is free when your order total is $69 or more.

Standard Shipping costs $6.99 for orders under $69.

Expedited Shipping is available for $12.99 regardless of the order value.

The same shipping prices apply to every destination currently supported at checkout.

Are customs duties included?

Unless checkout expressly confirms that duties and taxes are included, import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling charges are not included in Veronelle’s shipping price.

These charges may be collected by the destination country or delivery carrier and are normally the recipient’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

We will email your tracking information when your order ships, where tracking is available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has begun.
