7. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping is free on orders of $69 or more.
• Standard Shipping costs $6.99 on orders under $69.
• Expedited Shipping costs $12.99 for any order value.

These shipping prices apply to every destination currently supported at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address.

8. Customs and Import Charges

Orders crossing customs borders may be subject to import VAT, duties, taxes, customs fees or carrier handling charges.

Unless checkout expressly confirms that these charges are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility and are separate from Veronelle’s shipping charges.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Eligible purchases may be returned or exchanged free of charge within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Consumers in the United Kingdom and Europe generally have a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.

The detailed procedure and return deadline depend on applicable local law.

Exceptions may apply, including certain customised products or hygiene-sealed goods that have been opened.

Our 30-day free return policy does not reduce statutory consumer rights.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by applicable law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us with your order details and clear photographs where appropriate.
