These shipping prices apply to every destination currently supported at checkout. Veronelle does not add an additional shipping surcharge based solely on the destination country.

The $69 free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes, customs duties or import charges.

The available shipping methods and final shipping charge will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Order Processing

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation containing tracking information where tracking is available.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing has begun.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Expedited Shipping provides a faster shipping method but does not remove customs processing or delays caused by events outside Veronelle’s or the carrier’s reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at senorapiguet5503@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders crossing a customs border may incur import VAT, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges or carrier handling fees.

These government or carrier charges are separate from Veronelle’s shipping charge. Unless checkout expressly confirms that duties and taxes are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number.

We will review the available information with the delivery carrier and explain the next steps. Please retain all packaging if your parcel arrives damaged.
